Shipping, delivery estimates, duties, and tracking are explained in our Shipping Policy.

In-stock orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Estimated transit time is 12–20 business days after dispatch.

No import duties to pay on delivery for orders to the US, the EU (excluding Switzerland and Norway), the UK, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Australia and most other countries. Some countries, such as Brazil and Argentina, charge import duties, which are paid by the customer. If duties or taxes are ever charged, they are the customer’s responsibility.
