At Trettitre.com, we strive to provide our customers with the highest level of satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return the product for personal reasons, we offer the following return policy:
1. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to request a return and refund. To qualify for a full refund, the product must be in its original, undamaged condition and packaging. If the product or packaging is found to be damaged or altered in any way, we will be unable to provide a full refund and will only be able to offer a partial refund.
2. All returns must be authorized by our customer service team before being shipped back to us. Please contact us to obtain a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the product.
3. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return of the product, including any customs feesor taxes incurred. We recommend that you use a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance to ensure that the product is returned safely and in a timely manner.
4. Please note that we will charge a restocking fee of 20% of the corresponding order sales amount for returned products due to personal reasons. This fee is necessary to cover the cost of re-stocking the product and ensuring that it is in good condition for future customers.
5. Once we receive the returned product and verify that it is in its original, undamaged condition and packaging,we will issue a refund through the original payment method, minus the restocking fee. Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to process.
Note: The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.
