T-CP8 Portable Bluetooth CD Player — White

Beautifully designed product but had glitches to the extent that I wanted to return it (Bluetooth pairing difficult, played a past CD even after I put in a new CD, sound cut out periodically). Customer Service denied my request for return - they refuted all of the points in my email (i.e. the customer is at fault), and asked me to substantiate the sound cutting out by sending them a video. This is far from a free return in the best case b/c you cover shipping and a 20% restocking fee (which they spell out on their site). But the pushback from Customer Service was so harsh that I am writing off the $80 ($130 purchase price less around $50 for return shipping and restocking). You judge a company on what it provides, but you really judge a company on how they treat customers, especially if there is an issue. Beautiful products, yes, but in my case a big negative experience.

I like a lot of the product, but it was a bit difficult to connect the Bluetooth because if another Bluetooth item is on, it could connect instead of the one I want to connect. Also, if the screen was a little bit bigger, it could help and also if you specify more on the instructions what is everything for non English speaker.

This Trettitre T-CP8 CD player is perfect for me!I have so many old CDs that aren’t on streaming services, plus my truck has no CD player. It’s sleek, super easy to use, and portable enough to take anywhere. I even got two—one for home and one for the car. Love it!
